We are looking for two account service interns to join john st. for a 4-month paid internship during the spring/summer 2019 term. If you are passionate about the industry and keen to learn, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates should be responsive, resourceful, organized and detail-oriented. Reporting to a more senior account service role, interns will be trained to contribute to important administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the account. 

 


Responsibilities

With an emphasis on developing specific skills and knowledge in account management, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Completion of administrative functions for approval by supervisor:
    • BCR + Billing 
    • Weekly status 
    • Hours reporting 
    • Competitive tracking and database management
  • Provide broader account group support for meeting scheduling and meeting room set up and take down. This will include booking meeting rooms, organizing food/refreshments as required, and clean up.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities and exposure to the areas of finance, production and creative.

 

 

Skills and Experience
